The 2009 Eureka! Institute Encore took place on May 11, 2010 at the Dolce Hayes Mansion in San Jose, California. Institute facilitators Becky Schreiber and John Shannon of Schreiber Shannon Associates returned to lead the event. Richard Rodriguez was the lunchtime speaker.

The 2009 Eureka! Leadership Institute Encore was a one-day follow-up workshop. Fellows shared their progress on commitments made to leadership development in their Institute learning groups, and progress on their projects.
