2010 Eureka! Encore
The Eureka! Encore Event will be held on May 23 and 24, 2011, at the Dolce Hayes Mansion, 200 Edenvale Avenue in San Jose. This is the same location where the Eureka! Leadership Institute was held. Attendance of all 2010 fellows is required at this event.
Start Time: 10 AM on May 23, 2011. We hope this gives people from southern California time to fly in to San Jose on the day of the event and for people from northern California to drive to the event.
End time: The conference will end at 3:30 PM on May 24, 2011, which we hope will be early enough for most people from southern California to catch flights home on Tuesday evening or to drive back home to northern California.
What is covered: Again, your hotel room (minus incidentals) and all meals, including those amazing AM and PM breaks will be covered. We will handle your hotel registration for you. Transportation is at your expense.
Ground Transportation: If you are driving, parking at the Dolce is free. If you wish to use the ground transportation available from the Dolce, please remember to call them at (408-226-3200) the day before your scheduled arrival in San Jose. Shuttles will be at the airport on the half-hour. All arrivals around the same time that have requested transportation will be grouped together and share the cost of the shuttle service. Shuttle vans are $40 for up to 8 passengers. Town car service is available at a cost of $70.0 flat fee per vehicle and can accommodate 1-3 passengers. If you prefer cab service, the Mansion uses Golden Star (Green Cab) at (408) 573-7777.
